Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refund orders. Once your package has left MTM we are no longer responsible, but If your items are lost or stolen we will assist you with filing claims to USPS or UPS to help you recover. If your order is over $100.00 you will need to purchase shipping insurance as USPS only refunds the first $100.00
Damages and Problems with your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you find a problem with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..
Cancellation of order.
If you cancel your order, before it has shipped, we will charge a restock fee of 5% or a minimum of $5.00
