When will you ship?
* Most items are RTS ( ready to ship) all we have to do is get them snug in a box and shipped out to you so give us 1-5 business days. ( sometimes we are busy bee's).
. ****We will only be shipping Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.*** when the weather gets warm. We do not want your wax sitting in trucks.

Do you offer local pick up?
*We do! We can make arrangements to meet to get your wax to you. (We accommodate the best we can.)**We still need time to get your order ready so 1-5 business days still apply.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate of $10.00
How will it ship?
USPS and a tracking number will be sent to you. Some large orders will have to ship UPS. You will need to provide an address when you order and not a P.O. box. We can only ship to the address you use when you check out.
Do you offer shipping outside of the US?
*Yes, but you will need to pay exact shipping. Contact us.

Can I custom order?
*Yes, email us and we can get you a scent list, prices and minimum requirements for custom orders.
Can I combine my orders?
* Yes- IF you ordered in the last 24 hours and it has not already shipped. If it has already shipped you will have to pay shipping again. Contact us and we will tell you how to combine your orders.
Is there a canceling order fee?
*Yes, there is a 10% Cancellation Fee on orders, or a minimum cancellation fee of $5.00. IF product has not shipped.
Can I return my order?
No, I am sorry we do not accept returns.
What kind of wax do you use?
** Coconut Soy house blend.
*** Fragrance oils are of the finest we can find on the market. Each scent is tested before the first melt is sold.
